You'll get hit with many of the same questions you would for any supervisory job (what is your methods for managing employees, how would you handle certain situations, etc.). They will also want to know how organized you are,how good you are at paperwork, if you are able to handle a lot of fine details without losing track. It's not a hard job, there is a very steep learning curve and you have to stay on top of things.
