Borders, Border's Outlet, or Waldenbooks?

I was wondering what some peoples opinion is on whether or not to work for Borders? Borders Outlet? or Waldenbooks?. I have an opportunity to work at all three all positions are management but not sure where is the best place to go.. Any Suggestions Pros and Cons or things I need to be aware of before making a decision. Thanks

If you want to work for chain retail, I would choose Borders over the other two. Waldens are run on a shoestring--3 employees (or fewer) per shift and they are usually mall-based. As for the outlet stores, well, I wouldn't want to sell bargain books all day long.

It may sound elitist, but Borders stores are still (mostly) good bookstores--and some us justify working for BINC because we're selling books and not clothes, fast food, or BBQ Sauce (oh, wait a minute on that last one. . . )--and working at a Borders will probably offer you more opportunities in the company.
