I'm just interested in what your strangest customer was. I believe every employee has that one special someone that stands out as their customer of the day, week, year. Mine is this lady who was going book by book on the shelf and when asked if she was looking for anything special was told that she was looking for a book. I then asked if she knew a title or author to help her search and she said it will be an orange book but not deep orange, more of a grapefruit orange. I asked her if she knew the synopsis of the book and she said she never read or heard anything about it, she was just looking for an orange book. I finally got enough info out of her to realize that she was not wanting to read a book, it was to go on her bookcase as some sort of feng shui color pattern along with the twenty or so other books she didn't intend to read but only wanted because of the spiritual colors.
